On-site, tutor-guided Italian conversation during excursions and visits to Florence, the Chianti Wine Area, Fiesole, Siena or
other Tuscan towns. Visits are conducted either entirely on foot, or by car and on foot, or by bus and train and on foot. During excursions,
the tutor will adapt her language to conform to, and improve, your current knowledge of Italian. In this program the price includes
excursions transport fees.

Total hours shared between language tuition and cooking. Includes visits to local stores and markets to select
the appropriate recipe ingredients. You will be taught the art of interpreting recipe language, techniques used in preparing the ingredients
for cooking, tasting and traditional table setting.
